Bond openness index captures the ability to conduct operations with bonds or other debt securities (notes and debentures) with an original maturity of more than one year. It has four sub-components: Purchase locally by nonresidents (bond) | Sale or issue locally by nonresidents (bond) | Purchase abroad by residents (bond) | Sale or issue abroad by residents (bond). (1=fully liberalized)
