Openness of Capital Inflows Index captures the ability to the purchase locally by non-residents and sale or issue abroad by residents across nine types of asset categories: equity, bond, money market, collective investment, derivates and other instruments, commercial credit, financial credit, direct investment, and guarantees. Range between 0 to 1 (1 indicates fully liberalized).
