Resident Openness Index captures the ability of residents to purchase abroad (outflow) and sale or issue abroad (inflow) across five asset categories: equity, bonds, money market instruments, collective investment, and derivatives and other instruments transaction. Range between 0 to 1 (1 indicates fully liberalized).
